All bookings at Sora Studios require full payment upfront to secure your session. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment.
If you cancel 3 days (72+ hours) before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel 2 days (48 hours) before your session, you will receive a 50% refund of your booking fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, no refund will be provided.
No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or failure to attend your booking.
Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend your booking, and no partial refunds are offered.
In the rare occasion that Sora Studios cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or a complimentary reschedule on the next available date.
